  U.S. Government Awards Contracts To Seven Organizations With Ties To Gates Foundation, DARPA, Big Tech Derrick Broze The National Institutes of Health has awarded contracts to seven organizations working on digital health solutions for COVID-19 involving smartphones and wearable “biosensors” – so who are these companies? On September 15, the National Institutes of Health announced that they had  awarded contracts to seven companies  developing digital health solutions for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
